UKQAA collaborative network.

International networking, presenting and participating at conferences, sharing best practice and driving collaboration are key missions of the UKQAA. As a Trade Association, the UKQAA has built a network of relationships with other ash associations and trade bodies around the world thus expanding vastly our network of technical experts and understanding of the latest developments in the world of CDFA.

The UKQAA has also been able to develop relations with key Government bodies and stakeholders such as the Department of Transport, the Transport Innovation and Research Board, Infrastructure Consumer Group and consultancy groups working on low carbon solutions.

We are also a member of The Mineral Products Association and partner with universities to drive research into the uses of legacy stockpiles of CDFA and to look at higher replacements levels (~50% CDFA replacement of cement for some applications). UKQAA members include providers of processing technologies which can be used both for research as well as developing commercially proven solutions for the stockpiles.

This vast network can be leveraged by members whether they are seeking to develop or to source CDFA from new markets or whether they are seeking technical or process solutions.
